Well done! You are 1 step closer to becoming an ITIL 4 Managing Professional! You have completed your ITIL 4 Foundation course and certification. But what next?
Become an ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP)
Why? Not only will you gain the coveted MP designation you will have the practical and technical knowledge to run successful IT enabled services, teams and workflows. Basically, you can walk the talk!
What do I have to do? There are 4 courses after ITIL 4 Foundation to complete. The stream of 4 modules will build on the service value stream and how you can provide value to the business. Of course, delivering value requires an understanding of what value is, which is all covered in Driver Stakeholder Value.
Where should I begin? The certification courses have over-arching practices and principles so if there is a course that is more relevant to your responsibilities start there! Otherwise Create, Deliver and Support would be a good start.
How do I certify? Our courses include the examinations, no hidden fees or charges. The exams are through PeopleCert. You would have completed your ITIL 4 Foundation with them so you will be all set!
Options to learn We have two easy options available – our virtual classroom with scheduled course dates during business hours or our on-demand course option, meaning you can learn at your leisure or stay up half the night if this is when you function best!
