E-Learning Courses
Our self-paced E-Learn packages are designed to effectively uplift, embed knowledge and/or streamline an onboarding process. Our e-learning solution, typically lasting 20-30 minutes aims to empower your team with essential knowledge, while keeping engaged and motivated.
Compliance, clarification, culture or connection can be used as guiding principles throughout the development process.
In a recent engagement, we developed an E-Learn storyboard that guided internal service customers on how to utilise their ITSM tool to access services, make routine requests, and raise incidents. The overall objective was to uplift the Service Management culture across the organisation and embed best practice methods among support teams.

Workshops
Customised training is a type of training that is created to meet your organisation's specific business needs and goals. It involves analysing, designing, enhancing, and implementing trainings that are unique to an organisation's needs and goals.
We recently delivered development workshops for a customer’s business analysts. This drew on a range of concepts from Business Relationship Management to equip them with a set of skills that enhance their technical analytical skills. These skills included: relationship management, communication skills and influencing – topics that aren’t usually covered in BA training but are crucial to eliciting quality requirements and delivering business value.
