Choose your course date
The Service Catalogue plays a crucial role in IT service delivery because it serves as the access point to all products and services offered by IT or other departments. An effective service catalogue is a must-have business tool that can help build and nurture a positive relationship between the business units and IT.
This 2-day course is held in our virtual classroom with our expert instructor, meaning you can join the class and network with your peers from anywhere with an internet connection.
Course Overview
A major benefit to building a comprehensive service catalogue is a reduction in costs. As products and services are examined and clearly defined to meet the business’ needs, this often leads to redesigning processes and restructuring resources that result in the standardisation of supply and better operational control.
The savvy IT professional understands that a well-designed and efficiently implemented service catalogue can dramatically impact the business-IT relationship by building trust in the capabilities of IT to deliver the right products and services that the business needs in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. The service catalogue can also provide a foundation for planning and decision making, improved communication, and as a means for measuring performance.
The Service Catalogue Specialist certification course provides a deeper, more specialised, and practical understanding of the Service Catalogue. Learn what is needed to define, create, implement, and manage the ongoing processes to realise the full potential of the Service Catalogue!

An amazing instructor who explained the content very clearly and at a very good pace. This was a good balance and approach to learning in a three day intensive period. I found the worked examples very practical and very relatable to the Defence industry sector I work in.
