This PeopleCert exam voucher is for the ITIL 4 Foundation certification which was released at the end of February 2019. This is the pre-requisite for any additional ITIL 4 Certifications.
ITSM Hub offer ITIL 4 Foundation course and exam options, either instructor-led classroom or self-paced online. These options include the courseware and examination. If you have self studied and only require the examination voucher the details are below.

The exam is provided as an online examination voucher, once payment is made you will receive an email from PeopleCert with information on how to register and schedule your exam. Once registered you will be able access your eBook and schedule your exam.
The examination is 60 minutes, please allow for an additional 30 minutes for set up and authentication. You will require a photo identification, quiet space, webcam, speakers and a reliable internet connection.
The exam schedule is available 24/7 so you can sit your exam at a time that suits you. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months..
Before you schedule your exam, ensure your computer system meets the mandatory requirements. You will require a photo ID, quiet space, PC or Mac computer with a webcam, speakers and a reliable internet connection to complete your exam.
ITIL 4 Foundation online exam voucher plus a complimentary ITIL 4 Foundation exam re-sit if you miss out on passing your certification the first time.
The official ITIL 4 publication available from AXELOS is included as an eBook and provided as a voucher for the candidate to download from PeopleCert.
